There is a 25% restocking charge for products returned within 60 days of original ship date with the exception of Calibration Gas Canisters that must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. DO NOT ship dry gas canisters unless you are a certified HAZMAT shipper. Severe penalties may be imposed for improper shipments. Software products cannot be returned for refund if the seal on the media has been broken or a license has been granted for a program that has been downloaded electronically.
