When contacting Intoximeters for technical assistance, please have your instrument available so that we can try to reproduce the issue that you have encountered while we are on the phone with you. If this is not possible, at a minimum, have:

  • The instrument name
  • The instrument serial number
  • The instrument software version (if you know it)
  • And a detailed description of the problem
  • Please include the above information when emailing us also
