To qualify, the student must have successfully completed 3 or more Maintenance Trainings within the last 5 years.To help us meet your specific training needs, please respond to the following questions, include any comments you may have:1. A confirmation of registration will be emailed to the attention of the student(s). Classes are filled on first come, first serve basis by receipt of a completed registration form. Course payment includes appropriate student manuals, training materials, and lunch. A certificate of completion will be mailed to the student upon successful completion of the Maintenance School course. Please note that the recommended hotel no longer offers a shuttle to our facility. Class dates are subject to change or cancellation based on low enrollment. Intoximeters reserves the right to cancel any class. In the event of a cancellation, students will be notified immediately. Paid class fees will be refunded or applied to a future class at the customer’s request.
