HANDHELD INSTRUMENTS

Alco-Sensor® III

The Alco-Sensor or Alco-Sensor III serial number is located on a white sticker placed on the back of the instrument. The location is the same for all Alco-Sensor/Alco-Sensor III units.

Alco-Sensor® IV

Older Alco-Sensor IV units have the serial number in a box on the back label of the instrument. Newer versions of the instrument show the serial number on a sticker placed on the bottom of the Alco-Sensor IV.

Alco-Sensor FST®

The ASFST serial number is next to the CE mark and underneath the barcode at the bottom of the instrument case. Newer versions of the rubberized grip have a cut-out so you can see the serial number.

For older versions of the rubberized grip, you will need to remove the grip to see the serial number of the instrument.

NOTE: There is another white sticker on the other side of the device – this “F Number” is an Intoximeters internal designation and is NOT a serial number.

Alco-Sensor® VXL

The Alco-Sensor^® VXL serial number is located on a white sticker at the bottom of the instrument. It is next to the CE mark and labeled “No. 111111“. NOTE: There is another white sticker on the other side of the device – this “F Number” is an Intoximeters internal designation and is NOT a serial number.

HANDHELD INSTRUMENTS WITH PRINTERS

RBT IV

Each printout contains the serial number of the RBT IV printer and the serial number of the Alco-Sensor IV that was used for that test. If you can, just press the LAST TEST button to view the serial numbers on the printed result. The Alco-Sensor IV serial number is on the back of the instrument, either in a box on the back label (top circle) OR underneath the bar code (bottom circle). The serial number of the RBT IV is printed underneath the paper cover

Alco-Sensor® IV with Memory with DP Impact Printer

Older Alco-Sensor IV units have the serial number in a box on the back label of the instrument. Newer versions of the instrument show the serial number on a sticker placed on the bottom of the Alco-Sensor IV.		The serial number of the DP 1012 or 1014 printer is on a label on the back of the unit.

Alco-Sensor® IV with Memory with Slip Printer

The Epson slip printer (light beige color) has the serial number on the side of the device.		The Star slip printer (dark graphite color) has its serial number on the back. You will find the sticker pictured below on the underside of the printer.

Alco-Sensor® VXL @ Point Of Arrest

The Alco-Sensor V serial number is located on a white sticker at the bottom of the instrument. It is next to the CE mark and labeled “No. 111111“.		The Extech printer serial number is located underneath the paper cover.

RBT VXL

The Alco-Sensor VXL serial number is located on a white sticker at the bottom of the instrument. It is next to the CE mark and labeled “No. 111111“.

The Mylox printer serial number is on the bottom of the printer.

The serial number for the ASVXL docking cradle is underneath the device. There is another sticker on the rear of the unit near the cable connections.

DESKTOP INSTRUMENTS

Alcomonitor CC®

The serial number of the Alcomonitor CC is on the back panel	OR	You can press the #3 button and the display will show you the serial number
