Intoximeters carries non-DOT and DOT regulation forms. Our software was designed to print directly on these forms to provide clear and efficient documentation. Our log book are full size booklets and can hold hundreds of entries.



NOTE:  The U.S. Department of Transportation finalized some minor changes (what are the changes?) to their Alcohol Testing Form this year and we have updated our ATFs to comply with the revision.  The revision date is 5/2008 and is reflected on the bottom left corner of the form.  DOT requires use of the new form for every DOT-mandated alcohol test as of 1/1/2011.
