Q) Why am I unable to take the Intoximeter Online Re-certification Exam using a Netscape or AOL browser?

A) Netscape and possibly other browsers refresh the web page when you attempt to resize the viewable screen.  Any attempt to minimize, maximize or just resize your web browser will reset all of your test answers to blank, but not reset your 120 minute time limit.  Because of the potential loss of important and time sensitive information we have restricted the Online Re-certification Exam to Internet Explorer based browsers.
