"Our goal is to repair instruments in 10 working days or less. (This does not include the time it takes to ship the product to and from our loading dock) If your instrument has been at Intox for an extended period of time, Contact Intoximeters customer service to get more information about the repair. Please have the instrument model, instrument serial number and customer name available for quick look up."

"A Return Authorization Form (RAF) can be downloaded from the Forms Tab on the Website and filled out by hand, can be filled out online and printed, or can be requested by calling customer service."
