Becoming a Customer

  You may pay for your order by check, credit card, money order, cashier's check or (with prior approval) credit terms.
   
Establishing Credit Terms

  Intoximeters, Inc. offers 30 day credit terms to customers who have both established credit in the past and have proven to pay within the agreed upon terms. For new customers or customers who have traditionally paid with a credit card or by check, establishing credit requires a credit check by Intoximeters' Accounting Department with  Dunn & Bradstreet®.  Should you choose to establish credit please click here for the order form and sign where indicated.   Fax to:  314-429-4170.  If it is determined that the customer is in good standing, authorization for both payment terms and a credit limit will be established.  
   
Ordering Without Credit Terms

  If you have not established credit and do not wish to, an account can be set up without credit terms. With these accounts, payment must be made in advance of shipment by a valid check, credit card, money order or cashier's check.
