Search For : Type the word or words that relate to the topic you wish to find.  Use a space to separate your words.

Using : 

• All of these words finds all articles that have each of these words in the Search Type
• Any of these words finds all articles that have any combination of these words in the Search Type
• Exact Phrase finds all articles that have this exact wording in the Search Type

Result Limit : Select this to limit the number of articles to be listed on a page

Search Type : 

• Keywords searches for the search text in the keyword section of the KB
• Full Text searches for the search text in the problem and resolutions sections of the KB
• Article ID searches by an articles id number, return only that article
