Alco-Sensor® V XL Calibration Contract:
The purpose of a calibration contract is to supply certified factory calibration and independently verify and assure that the instrument is accurately calibrated when it is returned to the field.
The contract covers up to two calibrations per year. Instruments returned (postage pre-paid) will be checked for calibration and recalibrated on the day of receipt. All instruments that successfully meet factory calibration specifications will be returned to the user one day after receipt via ground service. An attempt to notify the owners of an instrument that does not meet calibration specifications will be made the same day it was checked out.
Returned with the instrument will be an original accuracy and calibration report certifying that the instrument was checked out by the factory and has met all factory calibration standards. A copy of this report will be maintained in the customer's file at Intoximeters, Inc.
