Ordering products from Intoximeters is an easy task. There are several
ways to order from Intoximeters.

- Print and fill out a Mail/Fax Product
Order Form located at this link.
- Use the Online Shopping System to place items in your shopping cart.
Then at checkout you can opt to print your order so that it can be faxed or
mailed to Intoximeters.

Intoximeters offers for sale supplies for its instruments including
mouthpieces, calibration equipment, paper and printer products. When
available Police Surplus Instruments are also sold.
Pricing and additional information about Alcohol
Analyzers is available by contacting Intoximeters directly or by requesting
information online.

We assure that the information you send us remains secure. We use the
industry standard technique of an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to communicate
with secure browsers like Netscape ad Internet Explorer. Your
credit card and other personal information like name and phone number is
encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Orders can be placed by fax. Use the Online Shopping System to place items
in your shopping cart. Then at checkout opt to print your order so that it
can be faxed to Intoximeters.
Order forms
are available online or we can fax you an order form.

If you use our Order Form, Intoximeters mailing
address is included on the form. If you place your order on your letter head or
your PO form please include the following :
- Shipping Address
- Bill to Address
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- PO Number
- List & Quantity of products being purchased
You can also use the Online Shopping System to place items in you shopping
cart. Then at checkout opt to print your order so that it can be mailed to
Intoximeters.

| Standard Shipping |

Our standard method of shipment is by ground transportation, orders are
shipped FOB Origin, prepaid and added to the invoice.
|
| Express Delivery |
|
|
|
|
If requested, Intoximeters will ship product overnight, 2nd
day, 3rd day or for Saturday delivery. An express service
request is required prior to 1:30 p.m. CST to allow for order processing.
Please note that these express services will be added to your invoice.

| Returns |

|
If you need to return an item there is a standard restocking charge. In
order to expedite a return you should fill out a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) form which can be downloaded and printed from the Forms
section of this website or this form can be requested by phone.

| Minimum Order Requirement |
|
|
|
|
Intoximeters requires orders to be a minimum of $25.00. (i.e. If
ordering mouthpieces, this equates to a minimum of 200 mouthpieces.)

| Instrument Warranty |
|
|
|
|
Alcohol Breath Test instruments offered by Intoximeters normally carry
a one year parts and labor warranty. (See Products
Section to learn more about a warranty on a particular instrument.)
