| Recertifications | |

Provides a preventative maintenance solution for Intoximeters instrumentation. Repairs are required infrequently with Intoximeters products, but when the need occurs, it seems to occur at the least opportune time. For users that cannot afford downtime the Recertification program is a way to plan for service and reduce the likelihood that an unscheduled repair will occur. Factory Recertification is available by appointment only. To schedule your instrument, simply complete a Factory Recertification Reservation form and fax it to 314-429-4170. Upon receipt of your completed reservation form, we will fax you back a confirmation date. |

| Calibration Contracts | |
| A Calibration Contract provides up to two certified factory calibrations each year. For customers that do not own calibration equipment or who would like independently verified calibrations and accuracy checks, this service assures that the Intoximeters instruments has been accurately calibrated. | |
| Service Contracts | |
| After the initial warranty/support period ends this type of service contract provides on-going annual support for users of Intoximeters software and hardware products. | |
| Handheld Extended Warranty Programs | |
| After the initial warranty/support period ends an extended warranty provides on-going support for users of Intoximeters equipment. There are 3 tiers of service available. | |
